I am excited to announce that the Property Management Excellence PME - Stacey Holt one day special training events are returning!

As many know, I carried out regional training and education half day events regularly for 15 years. Due to the introduction of CPD, and regrettably the OFT not approving my company as a provider (visit CPD training and Stacey Holt for more), I held off holding non CPD events for a little over a year. I have during this time continued to focus on membership services and have carried out numerous private in agency training sessions.

Given it has now been over a year, and the feedback overwhelming in relation to gaps for training, I have decided to run the special one day events in 2027. I will gauge feedback and support as to future training locations. I have always focused on my membership and valued members since starting my business in January 2010. Training and education is a great passion of mine, and one that I hope to continue to offer to the industry.
7 stand alone training and education events will be held during 2027. Each event will be held on a Friday to allow people travelling to have a weekend 'getaway' if they wish. The venue is in Brisbane, close to the Airport, plus for people travelling south, north and west.

The following courses are standalone. Attend 1, 3 or all!

2027… we are in planning mode to consider bringing back the Property Management Excellence PME - Stacey Holt special one day events in Brisbane. Mini conference events with different topics every month (or so).

There are four options for Real Estate Excellence Membership Services depending on your agency needs, wants and budget.

The four options are Platinum PME, Platinum NON PME, Gold and Advisory. The Membership Services Agreement outlines the services and benefits, plus the investment costs. Please email us to receive the membership services agreement.

There are no lock in contracts for Membership Services. The Membership Services are a periodic type agreement with the first three months in advance required upon commencement of services. Either party can give one months notice to cancel services. A lesser period can be agreed to. Payments are in advance via credit card (secure online) or direct deposit. The Member Client nominates monthly, three months, six months or 12 months on the Membership Agreement for payments in advance. Online access to Member Online login is given when the first membership account is paid.
