Bromley is pleased to announce the successful lease of 10/315 Archerfield Road, Richlands, achieved on behalf of our valued clients.

This well-equipped 397sqm warehouse, featuring freezer and cold room infrastructure, was secured on a 5-year lease term at $100,000 net per annum, reflecting a strong net rate of $250/sqm and continued demand for specialised industrial assets.

The transaction highlights the strength of the Richlands industrial precinct and the ongoing appetite for functional, turnkey facilities suited to food and cold storage users. The result was further strengthened with the securing of a new management agreement, delivering long-term value for our client.

Well executed by Dylan Meinicke in securing this outcome.
