Consultants and passersby keep stopping to look at La Belle, and now you can see why.

As the scaffold comes down, La Belle’s facade is revealing months of meticulous design and hundreds of hours spent on the fluting and paintwork.

The curves take their cue from Palm Beach itself, the dunes, the waves, shaped into an architectural form genuinely unique.

We were proud to welcome Premier David Crisafulli, Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie and local councillors to Vale, our new housing estate under construction in Burpengary last Sunday for the announcement that Queensland's Residential Activation Fund (RAF) will be doubled to $1 billion in Round Two.

Vale will be called home to several First Home Buyers, with one of the happy couples personally thanking the Premier and Deputy Premier for helping make their dream of home ownership possible in our great state.

Vale is a great example of Marquee and our partner LHPP working with the QLD Government to help deliver essential infrastructure, in this case a sewerage pump station, that helped unlock housing in Vale and for future housing nearby.

We thank the Crisafulli government for their foresight to identify that the investment in key infrastructure is a smart pathway to unlocking more housing supply for Queenslanders.

Also, a big shout out to our building partner, Urbane Homes for delivering amazing new homes that our customers will be moving into shortly. Even the Premier was impressed with the housing designs and beautiful streetscapes.
