• Brisbane Leads the Way: Brisbane remains a market powerhouse with house medians reaching $1.17M (+15.7% annually) and units hitting $820,000 (+17.3%), both significantly outpacing the national averages of $1.03M and $753,000 respectively.
• Market momentum has shifted to a more selective pace, with a national auction clearance rate of 59.3%, an average of 2.64 attendees per open home, and 3.0 registered bidders per auction.
