A little celebration for the people who make it all happen.

The past six months have been huge for Housemark, with some incredible achievements and continued growth across the business.

Today, we brought our Queensland and Victorian teams together in Brisbane to celebrate how far we’ve come and, more importantly, recognise the people who make it possible.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’re building together and even prouder of the team making it happen.

25 years of changing lives.

This morning, our team came together to celebrate 25 years of Destiny Rescue and the extraordinary work they do to rescue children from exploitation.

A cause incredibly close to our hearts at Housemark, we’re proud to have raised over $100,000 contributing to the rescue of 18 children.

Making a difference goes beyond fundraising. It’s about raising awareness, bringing people together and making giving back part of who we are.

Congratulations to Destiny Rescue on 25 years of life-changing work.

This week, the RBA lifted the cash rate to 4.60%, adding more pressure to borrowing costs for Australian property investors.

For landlords, the focus now should be on the whole performance of the property - rent positioning, vacancy, lease timing, maintenance and tenant retention.

100 properties. And we’re only getting started. ✨

When we launched Housemark Victoria, we were told the market was different. That we couldn’t grow the way we had in Queensland while maintaining the same level of service.

Today, we’ve officially welcomed our 100th property under management.

That’s 100 rental providers who have trusted us with their investment, and 100 properties we have the privilege of properly managing.

We’re incredibly proud of this milestone — but even more excited about what comes next.

Moving to Queensland? Here’s what you need to know before you sign a lease.

• Rent is charged weekly - most agencies ask for 2 weeks in advance
• Bond = 4 weeks rent, paid before you move in
• Utilities are on you (check your lease for which ones)
• Water usage charges may apply, but only if the property is water compliant - confirm with your PM
• Council rates stay with the owner, not you
