From the earliest conversations about what Rosel Group could be, to watching communities take shape on the ground - Benn Hotchin has been here for all of it.

From conception to realisation. From blank sites to homes people are proud to live in.

What Benn brings to this business goes beyond sales and partnerships. It is trust, consistency, and a standard of care that shows up in every project and every relationship he builds along the way.

Construction at Montara is progressing well.

Bulk earthworks are now well advanced across the site. We have completed topsoil stripping, cut to fill, and the temporary basin works, which means we are firmly into the next phase.

Over the coming weeks you are really going to start to see the estate take shape.

The project remains on track. Practical completion is aligned for August 2026, with settlements scheduled for October 2026.

There are limited opportunities remaining at Montara.
