This entry-level, casual leasing role is the perfect stepping stone for a uni student or anyone looking to break into the industry, with genuine potential to grow into more hours down the track.

The Opportunity
Working Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you'll conduct open homes, engage with prospective tenants and be mentored by a team of highly experienced property managers within a fun, high-performing office, recognised as the number one RE/MAX office in Australia.

What You'll Do
Conduct Saturday open home inspections for rental properties
Greet prospective tenants and answer questions about available properties
Collect and process rental applications
Liaise with the property management team on open home feedback and interest
A company car is provided for the shift, so you don't need to worry about getting between properties, and if you don't yet hold your Certificate of Registration, we'll support and fund you to get it.

Key Responsibilities
Conducting Saturday open home inspections for rental properties on behalf of the property management team.
Greeting prospective tenants on arrival and answering their questions about available rental properties.
Collecting and processing rental applications from prospective tenants at open homes.
Liaising with the property management team to report on open home attendance, feedback and tenant interest.
Requirements & Skills
Certificate of Registration (QLD) held, or willingness to obtain one with the agency's support and funding.
Current driver's license, as a company car will be provided for getting between properties.
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people and property.
Reliable and well presented, with availability every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Currently studying or otherwise available on a casual, ongoing basis with potential for more hours over time.

$37 per hour + casual loading
