THIS ONE TOOK PATIENCE, TIMING AND PERSISTENCE.

4 Autumnwood Court, Algester is officially sold.

This campaign took a little longer than usual.

The home needed some work, timing was important, and along the way there were a few hiccups to work through.

We even had the property under contract, only for that contract to fall over.

But that is when the process matters most.

We stayed focused, kept working the buyer pool and quickly secured another buyer.

From there, everything progressed smoothly through to settlement.

A successful campaign is not always about everything going perfectly from day one.

Sometimes it is about how you respond when things do not go to plan.

We didn’t give up.
