Following consultation with the community and Brisbane City Council, we’ve submitted a revised proposal for Toowong Central that responds directly to feedback while remaining committed to delivering a landmark mixed-use precinct for Brisbane’s inner west.

The updated scheme introduces four slimmer towers with reduced maximum height, while retaining more than 5,300sqm of public open space. It also delivers a broader mix of housing, expanded retail and dining, improved transport infrastructure, and celebrates the site’s heritage by incorporating the existing High Street building into a new lifestyle precinct.

Designed to create a vibrant new heart for Toowong, the proposal will transform a long-vacant site into a destination that brings together homes, hospitality, retail and public spaces for the wider community. We’re excited to get this urban renewal project underway.
