Bluebell Connections was a seed planted generations ago. Roselee grew up in North Queensland. Her Bapou (grandfather) migrated to Townsville from Kastellorizo, Greece during the Second World War. He proudly served as an Australian, and returned home to set up a small fruit shop. Through his hard work, this business grew into one of Townsville’s first supermarkets, “The Blue Bell.”

Her grandfather’s success supported many other Greeks who wanted to escape their war-torn country for a better life. He opened up the doors of the Blue Bell to provide jobs for them, and a place to call home. Bluebell Connections honours the amazing impact her Bapou had on the lives of others. The Blue Bell and all it represents is the inspiration for Roselee’s approach to business and the people around her.
