I was referred to Laura 2 years ago as a buyer’s agent.
Laura meticulously researched properties for us based on our brief and in a short period, found us a very good quality investment property at a competitive price with a rental return in excess of 5%.
2 years later when we decided to sell the same property, Laura took on the property as the sales agent.
Laura did an amazing job in tough market whilst also having to work with tenants, to get the property sold in a short period and for a profit.
This reinforces the fact that people sell properties not agencies.
Laura is honest, trustworthy, reliable and hard working. She is willing to be direct even when it’s not what you want to hear but does it with care.
I would highly recommend Laura Ray to anyone looking at buying or selling a property. I wont look any further if I do in the future.
