Some units might lose some water for up to 1/2 hour. The plumbing company will restore it soon. This is not the planned outage.

Notice for the residents at Forest Gardens on Lacey

Thursday the complex water will be shut down for four hours during the day for necessary water shutdown handles to be replaced for units 1, 2 and 10.

Plumbing work will be done at unit 13.

Would like to encourage all owners to fill out their voting form online before 30 June 2016 12pm if they are not able to attend. We would like to see if we can get a participation rate of more than 50%.

The team from Above Expectations who maintains our common area gardening needs will be onsite over the coming weeks (normally on a Tuesday) to attend to some of the higher hedges to bring back to a more manageable height (1.7/1.8m).
