A young woman wanted her own space but the property market wasn’t an option.

So her family made it happen — she placed one of our expandable tiny homes in her parents’ backyard.

It sits on a trailer, which classifies it as a relocatable home. No permanent foundations needed. No mortgage. Just her own front door and her independence back.

Note:This is a relocatable dwelling, not a permanent structure. How long it can stay depends on your local council, so always have that conversation first.
