We have moved! Find us on Level 9, 316 Adelaide Street

We are pleased to share that after successfully committing the whole of Level 6, 316 Adelaide St (including our former offices) to International Workplace Group, we have officially relocated to our new space. Designed by Bearspace Studio and delivered by the team (and our new neighbours) at Alliance Building Group we could not be prouder of the finished outcome.

From today, visitors of Trident can find us just a few floors further up the building on L9. We invite anyone in the area to pop in, say hello and check out our new suite!

A New Era for Trident Property Advisory.

After decades at the helm of Trident, today we are proud to share the transition of Shaun Douglas into the role of Chairman with Ben Sikalas and Sam Christensen jointly stepping into the position of Managing Director leading the firm.

Ben & Sam have been with the business for a combined 26 years with equity co-ownership stakes since 2023. Over this time, they have become trusted industry experts with a tenacity, drive and track record on delivering outcomes for our valued clients.

As we head into the next era for our business, we are excited to see them build upon the legacy that Shaun and the broader Trident team have forged over the last 40+ years.

As we enter the new year, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Claudia Worland to the position of Executive – Transactions & Advisory.

Claudia commenced with Trident in 2022 and over the past four years has worked across a number of areas within our business whilst simultaneously completing her Bachelor of Property Economics at QUT. Graduating with Distinction late last year, we are proud to see her progress to the next step within our firm in a position that will see her continue to support the success of our transaction & advisory clients.

Three from three! Congratulations to Julia Wu for taking home the coveted title of Commercial Property Manager of the Year at The REIQ 2025 awards for excellence on Saturday night. Joining Trident in 2020, Julia has become an invaluable member of the asset management team overseeing end-to-end management of a diverse mix of retail, commercial & industrial assets. We are so pleased to celebrate her well deserved success.

The win also marks the third consecutive year that Trident have won the award with Dale Hoghton named the winner in 2024 and our Asset Management Director Sam Christensen in 2023. This speaks to the depth of our management team and our overall ethos of providing genuine value add asset management services for our clients and occupants. Winners are grinners! A massive congratulations to Dale Hoghton for taking out the coveted title of Commercial Property Manager of Year at The REIQ 2024 Awards for Excellence on Saturday night. Dale joined our team in 2022 and since then has played an integral role across our management portfolio. This also marks the second year running that Trident Property Advisory have taken out the category which is a huge achievement in and of itself.

A special shoutout must also be made for Mary-Kate Lavenski who was a finalist for Support Person of the Year in a highly competitive category along with all of the other finalists & winners across the 29 categories. It was a wonderful night celebrating with 1000+ of the industry’s best and brightest and we’re very proud of our team’s hard work and achievements.

Peter Laurent | Commercial Portfolio Manager.
Through his experience in Property Management, Peter has gained broad exposure to Institutional, Listed and Private clients working on a wide range of commercial & retail assets in Queensland & New South Wales.

Mia Barakat | Property Management Intern.
Mia has past experience in Residential Sales with an ASX listed property group as well as Commercial Property Development. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics Degree at QUT.

Trident Property Advisory are pleased to see the doors open on Sorelle Eatery at our Trident Funds Management owned and Trident Property Advisory managed assets at St Lucia Market Place.

Sorelle meaning sisters in Italian boasts a hefty heritage, hailing from one of Brisbane's most recognized hospitality families that run Tognini's in Milton. Mark and Narelle Tognini have run this deli and café for three decades and daughters, Madeline and Nastassia are following in their footsteps with a dining space of their own. Trident have worked quite closely with the Tognini family to make this tenancy a welcoming space for their customers that is a culmination of their favourite foods, produce and brands.

The opening of Sorelle Eatery coincides with the lodgement of our DA to Brisbane City Council to grow the already-bustling retail centre, add car parking and improve the access for loading and storage of our existing retailers. Trident Property Advisory have been working hard over the previous 12 months with Cavill Architects and Property Projects Australia to get to architecturally design this lifestyle, health and retail extension. Trident Property Advisory look forward to continue our strong relationship and securing Sorelle Eatery as the cornerstone restaurant, café and bar operator at the new (STCA).

On behalf of our longstanding private clients, Trident are pleased to welcome GOA Billboards as a tenant at 2066 Moggill Rd, Kenmore.

Working alongside the landlord, other occupants, and GOA, Trident’s Asset Management team were able to deliver a digital signboard solution that complements the existing Centre while adding genuine uplift to the property value.
