As the EOFY approaches I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the last 12 months.

A record breaking year for myself and my team and there’s so much to be proud of. To those staff past, current and emerging - thank you. I have extremely high expectations on service, availability and ethics and it’s been great doing this together.

This year we finally made it into the REB top 50 rankings, cracked the $100,000,000 in sales in a year and far exceeded the goals we set.

To our clients, referral partners and suppliers - we couldn’t do this without your support. Whether you dropped a brochure for me, installed a sign, moved our sellers out and buyers in, bought with me, sold with me or sent my details to a friend or colleague - I appreciate you

The next 12 months looks more challenging, I can’t wait!

That was possibly the hardest challenge I’ve ever put myself through 🥵🚴‍♂️

Less than four weeks ago, I bought a bike and went for my first ride. My longest ride before today was 23km on almost completely flat roads. I thought, “It’s a charity ride, it’ll be flat…”

I couldn’t have been more wrong 😅

To make things even more interesting, I accidentally booked a hotel on the other side of the Gateway Bridge, so the day started with an unexpected warm-up ride just to get to the start line. Then came 60km of riding and more than 350m of elevation.

There were definitely moments where I questioned my life choices, but crossing the finish line made it all worthwhile.

A huge congratulations to Brissie to the Bay for putting on an incredible event and raising vital funds for people living with MS.

And a big thank you to Kerry Peters, Glen Foster and Josh Barton for waiting for me on multiple occasions throughout the ride. Safe to say I wasn’t setting the pace 😂

Now the question is… what’s next?
