STATEMENT REGARDING RF DEVELOPMENTS PTY LTD

With respect to the press articles overnight about RF Developments Pty Ltd “collapsing” into liquidation, this is a sensationalised version of the situation.

RF Developments Pty Ltd was set up in 2018 specifically to undertake a townhouse development as part of the RFHD group. The townhouses were completed in 2021 and the company is simply no longer needed.

We have recently engaged Jason Bettles from Worrells to commence a Members Voluntary Liquidation which is the process whereby a solvent company winds up its affairs and closes.

It is business as usual for the RFHD Group including Rimfire Homes Pty Ltd.

The individual in the Sales Co-Ordinator role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services through effective management of the processes in a manner that exceeds customer and company expectations.

Working in a team environment with the other staff, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE: -
• Knowledge & Experience are essential
• Current Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• A proven ability to build strong client and trade relationships
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed set tasks
• Attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills
• An understanding of the residential construction industry (preferred but not
essential)
• Reasonably proficient computer skills and in all Microsoft programs particularly
Excel.
• General knowledge of Databuild and Companion (preferred but not
essential)
• Knowledge and ability to communicate with key stakeholders i.e.- suppliers,
sub- contractors, certifiers, councils and clients
