Big changes are coming to Queensland’s property laws. Are you ready?

From August 1, the Property Law Act 2023 comes into effect, bringing the most significant reforms in 50 years – and shifting the responsibility of disclosure from buyers to sellers.

This new legislation introduces a mandatory seller disclosure regime, aligning Queensland with other states and aiming to bring greater transparency to real estate transactions.
