As announced by The Star Entertainment Group, we are pleased to welcome the first ANdAZ hotel in Australasia to our world-class tourism and entertainment precinct on Broadbeach Island.

is one of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation suite of brands. It will take over floors six to 21 of the 65-storey Epsilon at The Star Residences tower that topped out last month and will become the fourth accommodation offering at the precinct, joining the The Star Grand, The Darling and Dorsett hotels.

The Andaz Gold Coast will boast 202 hotel rooms and suites, a fitness centre, three food and beverage outlets and a stunning pool deck with cocktail bar, a beach club with private cabanas and al fresco dining.

Another milestone to celebrate for and Broadbeach Island with the second and taller hotel and apartments tower, as part of a visionary $2 billion masterplan, topping out at 65 storeys.

The new $400 million tower, home to a new suite of apartments managed by The Star Residences apartments has finished vertical construction, with a scheduled opening in early 2025.

The soaring 200m tower will stand alongside its sister tower as well as the existing five-star The Star Grand hotel and the luxury all-suite hotel The Darling, creating a further 639 accommodation options for visitors to the entertainment and leisure destination.

In a major milestone, the vertical structure (walls and core) have now reached the top!

In other exciting news for future residents, the pool has been poured and furniture continues to be procured for the shared amenity areas.

All 437 one, two and three-bedroom apartments have been sold and are unconditional.
