Congratulations to our esteemed Legal Counsel Terry Pyne on this second anniversary on the KDL Property Group team! 👏🎉

Terry has more than 35 years of expertise in Property and Development Law, with a career spanning top-tier firms Minter Ellison and Phillips Fox and 15 years as Senior Transactions Lawyer at ASX 200 company Cromwell Property Group.

At KDL, he provides strategic legal leadership, playing a critical role in acquisitions and various large scale consortium projects. His pragmatic approach and commercial negotiation skills helps to ensure the success of all KDL developments.

Check out this latest bird's-eye view of our Elridge project at Jimboomba, showing great progress on the first homes in Stages 1 and 2! 👀

With around 20 homes with roofs on and plenty of others at either slab or frame stage, it won't be long before we see our first completions and welcome the estate's first residents.

Elridge enjoys a peaceful location on Green Ridge Road that offers the best of rural tranquillity and city convenience with lots sizes up to a very generous 681m2.

We're proud to support YMCA Queensland's Schools' Breakfast Program - a fantastic initiative that provides an average of more than 100,000 meals for children each month. 🍎🍌🍞🥛

Going strong since 2006, this program reduces the number of children disadvantaged by hunger or poor nutrition - ensuring a healthy start to their school day - thanks to partners, donations and a dedicated group of volunteers.

KDL's participation in the new Everyone's Place consortium will see almost 500 individuals, couples and young families secure affordable housing across four of our South East Queensland communities.

Recent data shows around 40% of residents in the target areas - Burpengary East, Jimboomba, Logan Reserve and Joyner - are experiencing rental stress, spending more than 30% of their income on housing costs.

As the land partner in this exciting new consortium, we're proud to be working with the Queensland Government and playing our part in easing the financial burden facing Queenslanders doing it tough.

Our Regent Quarter project in the City of Moreton Bay will provide around 350 much-needed new homes in this fast growing corridor while showcasing our commitment to sustainable development practices.

This community will feature almost 6 hectares of green open space and preserved koala habitat area, including linkages to promote safe koala movement. 🐨

It will also be a perfect choice for families with close proximity to schools, shopping centres and sporting facilities plus the inclusion of our own 90-place childcare centre and adjoining swim school! 👪🏊‍♂️

🌟New affordable housing partnership unveiled🌟

KDL is proud to announce our role in a consortium providing almost 500 new affordable homes for families across Greater Brisbane! 🏘️

Our contribution as the land development partner of the new Everyone's Place consortium will see the delivery of 483 much-needed homes across our projects in Burpengary East, Jimboomba, Logan Reserve and Joyner, as part of the Queensland Government's $2 billion Housing Investment Fund.

We were pleased to join other consortium members Tetris Capital, Metricon, National Affordable Housing and ANZ at our Avaline development in Burpengary East to make this exciting announcement. Construction of the first homes is expected to start in October with the first tenants moving in around mid-2025.
