It’s been a busy Saturday morning at Bridge house. The sourdough starter has taken off so we are back to making the yummest bread. Also made discard pancakes for the kids with banana and choc chips, supper fluffy and disappeared faster than they cook. I have also started a “ginger bug”. It’s the first steps in making homemade fermented ginger beer…
