• Weatherproof and structurally sound
• All fixtures & fittings be in good repair
• Locks on all windows & doors
• Dwelling be free of vermin, damp & mould
• All windows have privacy coverings
• Provide reasonable functionality of premises (bathrooms, kitchens & plumbing).
