Thank you to all my wonderful clients - You have been keeping me so busy, I need to look for someone to join our rapidly growing team at Hurst Maintenance & Repair Services. We are a small family owned company servicing a list of corporate and residential clients. You will be a part of a small team of genuine, hard working people.
Minimum 15 hours per week at a single property located in Springwood.
Job Subscription:
Undertaking a variety of general maintenance jobs within hotel rooms, residential apartments, office spaces and common areas of the building. Repairs such as but not limited to painting, plastering, minor carpentry and plumping, tile repairs, re-siliconing and gardening.
Strong communication skills is a must
Drivers Licence and own transport is required.
You will need to be experienced in general maintenance and willing to give anything a go + have the ability to problem solve on the go. All the tools for this role will be provided to you.
This is a sub-contracting role, you will need (or willing to get) your own ABN and public liability insurance.
An ability to work independently and part of a team is a must.
