If you find someone to buy a farm with, and go partners, how can you set things up so they stay fair, the relationship warm, and the farm in your ownerships for a long, happy time?

I'm sure there are people with successful arrangements, who would share the details of their agreements with us.
I’ve been asking around, and I'll put what I find in the links, and hope you can share what you find too.

Last night’s 150 mill rain filled the farm! As it does. Over the past 12 years, Ringo and his trusty crew have been putting in swales, dams, all the passive water catching systems that set the farm up to be water-independent, so whoever lives here next can be independent too.
It’s glorious to see these structures living their mission, soaking the farm slow and steady. The soil has benergy brought to peak fluffiness, aerated and structured with clever planting and a polite, non-intrusive Yeomans plow. It lets water percolate in, be held in the bodies of the microbes and mini-beasts that live there. It runs into the micro-tunnels tunnels they have created, safe from evaporation or dumb farmers turning it all up and over, safe from compaction, and rich with stored water.

This model permaculture farm is now for sale, as Ringo goes off on his next adventure. If you know somebody who might just be right for this farm, or has a farm that’s ready for water-security, pass this post on, and keep the inspiration going.

Ringo is proud of this soil. Whoever buys the property becomes the beneficiary of many years of intelligent, love-fulled work by Ringo, his workers, and of course the microbes and other creatures that have been beavering away, leaving their own contributions.
But no beavers. Different country.

World Pemaculture Day was this weekend, and it was wonderful. Here is a snippet of my Q&A webinar with the amazing Ringo, creator of Tiger Valley Farm, as he shares surprising stories and lessons with the other in-action Permies who joined us. They want to make EcoTopia too.
How do we navigate this most flawed world, faulty humans and flawed self, and still emerge with something magnificent? That’s what Ringo did.

When setting up your dream Permaculture life, there will be pitfalls. Don't fall in! Leap over them with grace.

On Sunday afternoon, May 1st, my buddy Ringo and I are holding an online Q&A session 'Create your EcoTopia'. Bring your questions. We will be exploring the things he did right, in creating the amazing Tiger Hill farm, which is now up for sale.

Its a chance for you to size up how you can make your own EcoTopia, how it will be different or similar, and how you can spend your days doing satifying work, with good people, and plenty of time to bliss out too.

We'll be asking him questions such as:

'What are the most rewarding things you've installed and created?
