A buyer sent me a picture of this beautiful but hungry python. This free e-rat-icator pet, came with their new house. The snake re-locator gently removed and released the snake into a more appropriate habitat.

CoreLogic’s quarterly Regional Market Update, released today, shows the growth rate across Australia’s 25 largest non-capital city regions, which includes the Sunshine Coast, has slowed from a peak of 6.6% in April last year to 4.7% in the three months to April 2022.
Even though the Sunshine Coast property market has consolidated, anecdotally here at McGrath we are experiencing low stock with strong demand still supported by high internal migration.
