I finally decided on artwork for my dining room after almost 2 years since finishing the house! Worth the wait, thank you Bonnie Gray for this perfect piece! Worth the wait 😍
Now to put the finishing touches on the rest of the house that is still only 80% complete, so sweet to think I once thought I’d have it finished within a few months of moving in 🤣

It was great to take Melody Way home from Sippy Downs today as opposed to the usual loop through the estate!

We're pleased to share that Melody Way, Harmony's newest road connection, is now officially open.

This milestone marks another step in the delivery of Harmony's growing road network, improving connectivity between Peter Crosby Way and the Bruce Highway and enhancing access to surrounding communities.

Some much needed positive news for Harmony and Village Green residents! The government have contributed to Avid delivering on the southern link road which will expedite not just the road but land release approvals and our town centre.

Celebrating ‘Harcourts Harmony Hometown Heroes’ Community Grants!

On Thursday night we celebrated an exciting, rewarding and proud milestone of reaching $100,000 in grants donated to our community between our Harcourts Community Buderim and Palmview.

At Harcourts Palmview, for every property sold we donate $500 back into the Palmview community to our school P&C’s, sporting clubs and non profit organisations.

Supporting the community that’s supported me for the past 7 years living in Palmview is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

If you’re thinking of selling your Palmview property, sell with the Harcourts Community team to see much needed funds reinvested back into Palmview to help our local markets run, our school tuckshops get the funding they need, keep Chaplain’s in our school and more.

What’s New in Palmview?

A huge thank you to our Division 6 Councillor, Christian Dickson, for joining me on the very first episode of What’s New in Palmview and providing us with this development update.

If you’re a Palmview resident, you’ve probably been just as curious as I have about what’s happening with the construction on Peter Crosby Way. It’s a question I’ve been asked countless times by friends, neighbours and buyers at open homes, so I thought it was time to get some answers… as much as it’s been fun to speculate together!

In this update, we cover:
🚧 The new road connecting Peter Crosby Way to Symphony Way and how it will improve access to our schools and Sippy Downs.
🏗️ What’s planned for the vacant land opposite Village Green and Palmview State Secondary College.
🛣️ The latest on the Southern Link Road connecting Palmview to Meridan Plains and the hospital precinct.
