Thoughts?

Most people as a general rule are pretty good. I fail though to see why the laws should be changed. At the moment the Landlord has the right to say yeah or nay. And it should be based on the tenancy history as a whole. At the end of the day we are losing sight of who actually owns the property. This point really, is relevant to lots of things not just pets.
