Anyone keen for a Rentbusters House and Land Package in Capel Western Australia? We have 3 x only available in sleepy Capel. Capel is situated between Bunbury (29kms) and Busselton (25kms). Easy access to either major centre.

It was amazing to bring this all together and had the driveway completed last week which was the final stage of the subdivision. We are likely to be 6 weeks until we recieve the titles.

What a transformation from an overgrown block in Capel to 3 x blocks ranging from 390sqm at the front and 478sqm and the bigger back one at 639sqm.

Hey folks, this is a short video of the 3 x lots I have exclusively in Capel. We have packaged them up with neat 3 x 2's with the Capel aprimary school just over the back as you will see in the end of the video. The concrete driveway goes in next week and then will be chasing the titles through WAPC for completion!
