Geoff Hill is a Registered Sales Representative and Licensed Property Valuer with 20 years of sales, leasing, valuing and consultancy experience, specialising in commercial, industrial and retail property within the South West. Geoff completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree at Curtin University in 1995 and then went on to successfully establish and manage valuation sub-offices over the S

outh West and undertake a broad range of valuations including abattoirs, car dealerships, child care centres, cold storage facilities, medical centres, multi-tenanted office, retail and industrial buildings, public open space contributions, ground lease and rental determinations, restaurants, industrial subdivisions, storage units, taverns, strata unit entitlements, veterinary clinics, as well as compensation, government, insurance, legal, mortgage and taxation work. The move from valuing to sales and leasing was largely based on a desire to broaden his property experience while remaining in the South West where most of his previous work and contacts had been established. Geoff’s broad property knowledge and passion for the industry led to him becoming Head of Commercial Sales and Leasing at Commercial Realty in 2014. Within the last 4 years, in a relatively subdue commercial market, Geoff has personally sold around 40 properties (industrial / commercial / retail) and leased many more, with a large number of these being high profile sites within the Greater Bunbury Region. Geoff is a member of a number of working committees initiated by groups such as the City of Bunbury, Bunbury Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the South West Development Commission with a focus on improvement and development of areas including the Bunbury CBD and Davenport Industrial area and is a former executive committee member of the BCCI. Geoff has lived and worked in both Bunbury and Perth but the South West's attractive beach lifestyle, strong growth potential and its closeness to family, who have resided in Bunbury for over 30 years, has made his choice of home an easy one. With 20 years of sales, leasing, valuing and consultancy experience specialising in commercial, industrial and retail property within the South West, Geoff Hill can assist you from start to finish.
