October is National Safe Work Month: “Safe work is for life”.

To our Surveyors: staying safe starts before you even arrive on site. Take a few minutes to access your environment, stretch before carrying equipment, stay alert around traffic an, and remember to take your breaks throughout the day to hydrate and fuel the body.

To everyone sharing the road with us: please be aware of survey vehicles, marked survey areas and our teams working near roads or construction sites. Slow down, follow the signed speed limit and give surveyors plenty of room to work safely.

Safety isn't just about getting the job done, it’s also about getting home to the people who matter to you the most.

A bird’s-eye view of Nautic Estate 🏗️

Following our recent project update, we’ve taken to the skies to show the progress across each stage of Nautic Estate in Two Rocks.

This Fowler Group land development project has continued to take shape, with Harley Dykstra providing planning and project management services throughout its staged delivery. From the completed Stages 2 and 3, to the nearing completion of Stage 3B and the recently approved Stage 4, there’s plenty happening across the estate.

Our Perth team has been supporting SX5 Group with the development of their new manufacturing facility at Forrestdale Business Park since 2024, and it’s advancing well.

The facility will support SX5’s Portaccomm division in producing steel products and transportable buildings, while bringing together relocated facilities, offices and training spaces.

Harley Dykstra has provided surveying, development application and project management services, with the project continuing to progress. The development will also feature plans for a 100m Indigenous artwork mural along the Armadale Road frontage.

Well, development has progressed even further since these latest project pics from Engineering Surveyor, Matthew. The building is now near completion, with roof and windows installed, with the internal fit-out happening currently. WE're looking forward to seeing the final vision come to life.
