🤝 GOOD FOOD, GREAT COMPANY & EVEN BETTER CONNECTIONS! 🍽️

Today, some of our BNI Referral Leaders Bunbury members enjoyed a lovely lunch at Capel Marron Farm! 🌿

It was a fantastic opportunity to catch up outside our regular weekly meetings, enjoy some delicious food and strengthen the friendships that make our BNI chapter so special.

Because BNI isn’t just about business referrals – it’s about building genuine relationships, supporting one another and having a little fun along the way! ❤️

A wonderful afternoon with great company!

Ever wanted to train at 3,200 metres without leaving Bunbury? 🏔️

This morning Megan Hoffman took us through Elevate Performance Centre, home to Bunbury's altitude training room. The room drops the oxygen down to around 14% (normal air is 21%), so your body has to work harder to get oxygen to your muscles.

What that means for you:
✅ Work at 50% and your body is working at 80–85%
✅ Build fitness, endurance and stamina without pounding your joints
✅ Boost your red blood cells for better oxygen delivery

Elevate also offers group classes, personal trainers, dedicated club training sessions and a kids play area. A 24/7 gym and café are coming soon.

Megan also shared her own fitness journey and what drives her: making fitness a safe place where nobody is judged, no matter what you're wearing or how your day's going. That's exactly what she's building at Elevate.

Who Megan would love to meet:
🏃 Sporting clubs and running groups looking for altitude training, strength and conditioning, or recovery
🥗 Dietitians and nutrition professionals
💪 Sports coaches and PTs who need somewhere to train their clients
🏢 Local employers wanting staff wellness programs or workplace challenges
🛒 Health food and supplement businesses for member benefits and cross-promotion
🎽 Community groups and event organisers running fun runs or charity sporting events

📍 Unit 2/9 Mackinnon Way, East Bunbury

Elevate also has its own app on the App Store.

Thanks Megan for a great Spotlight! 💚 Push beyond possible.

Not every business gets a seat at our table.

BNI Referral Leaders holds one seat per profession. When you're in, you're the only one in your field in the room, and every referral for your profession comes to you.

It's not for everyone. Our members turn up every Thursday, pass each other real work and put in the time to build trust. Swipe through to see what that's achieved, and which seats are open right now.

If you're a South West business owner who's serious about growing, and happy to help others grow too, we'd love to meet you. Message us to request a visit.

A move meant to save Aussies $1.6 billion could end up costing us more.

🌿 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗬𝗩𝗘

We’re heading south to a place where life seems to revolve around the water.

𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱.

Sitting between the Leschenault Estuary and the Collie and Brunswick Rivers, Australind has that relaxed South West feel — without leaving everything you need miles away.

Morning walks along the water.
Fishing after work.
Kayaks on the estuary.
Crabbing in summer.
Kids on bikes and weekends spent outdoors.

There’s space to breathe, plenty of green around you and Bunbury is just down the road when you want a little more action.

It’s the kind of place that feels established and connected, but still has that slower pace that makes living in the South West so appealing.

And it’s firmly inside our Thryve patch.

From north of Perth right through to Busselton, our Wednesdays are about showing off the communities we get to work in — and the places people get to call home.

This week, it’s Australind’s turn. 🌿

“If your market doesn't know you, they can't buy from you." 🎥

This morning Rennan Dwyer, founder of Spindrift Media, shared his story. Born and raised in the South West, Rennan knew early on that he wanted to go against the grain and build his own business. He had skills in photo, video and drones, so Spindrift began as a way to help other brands market themselves.

Product brands were low-ticket, so Rennan turned to service businesses: higher-value work, real people, and trust that matters more. That became the niche: trades, construction and service businesses that do great work but aren't known well enough yet.

Spindrift turns good businesses into known businesses with a repeatable system: Goal → Offer → Message → Content → Ads → Enquiries → Sales. They've worked across the South West with businesses like Protune Automotive, Rocky Ridge, Mckenzie Gibson Homes and ENM Electrical.

Three levels, one job: get you known.
⚡ Sprint: one-off content capture
🔄 Current: ongoing content, social media and awareness ads
🚀 Spindrift Engine: full service, from content to lead generation and reporting

Trade & service businesses ready to grow. Listen for:
👉 "We need more leads."
👉 "Our socials are dead."
👉 "We do heaps but never show it."
👉 "People don't really know what we do."
👉 "We want to grow this service."

Thanks Rennan for a great Spotlight! 🙌
