Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to shut down Coronis here in Bundaberg.

This was not taken lightly, but unfortunately due to my health I am not able to continue.

Real Estate has been my passion and career since I started out as a teenager.

I loved helping people which was my main passion.

It has now sadly come time for me to say goodbye to Coronis and Real Estate altogether 😢

I really want to thank you all and everyone I have specifically dealt with or helped during my time in real estate and apologies for having to end my new venture so quickly.

I loved my clients, which makes this even harder.

I honestly loved what I did in getting to meet so many amazing people.

I’m quite upset I have had to end my career this way, but at the end of the day I had to make a decision for myself and my family.

I really wanted my own real estate business, which had been a dream of mine for years and now having to end as soon as I start really saddens me.

Mental health is not something to take lightly. I suffered a massive breakdown about nearly 2 years ago which threw me for a sixer and my family.

I thought I was strong enough to beat this and give myself a challenge, as I absolutely love a challenge and real estate, but unfortunately since my massive ordeal I have not been able to get myself back to the strong, friendly, outgoing person that I was.

Everyday I am fighting a condition that is not easy to explain nor deal with on a daily basis.

People don’t realise what a person goes through unless they have gone through it themselves.

It’s not an easy battle and I honestly would prefer a broken arm than to be battling the condition that I am.

I’m certainly not a person that publicises my problems or health issues, but I wanted to make you aware as it is not easy for anyone going through a mental condition to seek help and just hide away. Trust me I know.

I am going to take a step back and get myself better 💪🥰

What a great read. This is unfortunately very true. Property Management at the moment is not an easy job role at the best of times and especially now with all the pressure with dealing with so many people in need. I do feel for our community and just wish I could help so many people that are in need right now 🥰

To take on several new managements and since starting my new business, I have not had 1 tenant with any issues in paying their rent. I am so proud of them all 🥰🤩

To see the arrears a zero on a daily basis, I could not be happier with all my tenants.

Hi everyone, I hope you all having a great week so far 🤩

I just wanted to state, as after I promoted a new management I had taken over on Monday.

With regards to that post I had received quite a lot of personal abuse from an upset guy assuming I was inflating rental prices.

I just wanted to explain that the current rental market as we all know has received a significant hike over the past couple of years.

I started this business mainly as I love to help people and want to provide a different service to any other agency in our local area.

I am not a normal real estate agency as I work solely by myself, which means my clients only have to deal with me and me only.

I am myself feeling for the local community at this time and everyday think about the poor people that can not find a rental or even a home.

I was actually in a similar situation recently myself in needing to relocate due to owners wanting to move back in.

It took over 3 months with a perfect rental history and considering yes I am a business owner and property manager still myself even found it very difficult in finding a new home, but thanks to Hannah from LJHooker she was absolutely amazing and can not thank her enough for what she did in helping us secure a new home.

So I completely understand tenants frustrations at the moment with rent affordability etc and having to submit so many applications to not even receive a response back.

My post was not promoting my achievement on gaining a higher rental price. It was simply to show people that there are properties sitting vacant and I don’t understand why when there are properties like the one I advertised which the previous agent could of secured a new tenant to move straight into.

Please keep in mind that owners know the current market and unfortunately it is there property at the end of the day.

Us agents simply have to follow through with there instructions.

For this property we could of achieved even more rent, but I do not like inflating prices significantly to try and keep in line with the current rental market and an owner usually has a rental price that they are wanting you to advertise the property for.

I just felt some people need to understand we are all only doing our job at the end of the day.

I honestly prefer helping people, than taking money into consideration.

I just wanted to explain myself if anyone had seen the abusive behaviour I received which was simply not warranted.

We need to remember we all have a job to do and will experience some unhappy people that seem to take there frustrations out on the wrong people.

I love Bundy and all the support I’ve been receiving from the local community. As I have been a local in Bundy in real estate for over 23 years.

I think Bundy is a great place, but we have some major housing shortage issues. I really hope that the government step in and start looking and assessing these issues, as it simply is not fair for anyone to be homeless or taking temporary accommodation cos they are struggling.

I welcome anyone that is needing help or advice whether it be a landlord or tenant struggling, I am here to help. Even if you are a private landlord and unsure of anything but would like to ask someone for a little advice, my phone is always on. Same goes if you are a tenant renting through an agency or privately and unsure of your obligations as to where you stand.

I have a broad knowledge of the legislation that we are governed by.

Obviously I don’t have any current rentals available at the moment, but please keep an eye out on my page, as I’d be uploading them there first to give tenants a better chance in helping them out.
