SSS - Georgia Terrace Development

Hi everyone,

We're excited to share an update on the progress of our new development!

The civil work is about 80% completed, and construction is scheduled to start soon.
We can’t wait to show you more once construction begins. There will be over 100 local tradies working on this project so it will also create more employment opportunities plus a boost for the local economy.

The SSS Family are passionate about supporting the local community, and more importantly doing our part to tackle the housing crisis that is crippling the Australian economy at the moment.
This project will be the biggest unit development in the Wide Bay Area for 2023 so keep an eye on our page for more updates shortly.

Hey everyone, we wanted to give you a quick update on the progress of our development. Construction is moving forward smoothly and we're happy to report that all underground infrastructure has been completed. The next phase will involve the construction of concrete roads and kerbing, with work currently underway on the northern road.

Here at SSS Community, we're committed to excellence in this development, and we've already secured the necessary materials for the landscaping and building construction. We also want to express our gratitude to our development partners Bundaberg Regional Council, Ergon Energy, and NBN for their efforts and support.

We'd also like to thank our site neighbours for their patience during the construction process. We understand that this can be a disruptive time, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Morning folks and a Happy New Year to you all. Civil works will recommence this morning. We had evidence of kids entering a secured site over the Christmas break. If anyone sees people onsite after hours could I ask that you call the police please or let me know via message from this page.

Georgia Terrace Development Update:
The perimeter fence construction is now completed and the site is fully secured.

With the civil works pre-start complete, work has now started.
The expected finish of all civil work will be April 2023 with a break over the 2022 Christmas New Year period.

We will keep you up to date as works progress.

Georgia Terrace Development Update:
It's the end of week 1 and the new fence construction is starting to take shape along Georgia Terrace.
Selected neighbourhood fences will commence next week so we will keep you up to date as works progress.
