When you have a good relationship with your trades - you get to have fun phone calls like - ‘Hey Pete we’ve got active termites in a bathroom reno - no hurry but how quick can you get there to spray em so they don’t start eating everything else’. 😂

I sincerely appreciate and respect all the trades I have built a relationship with over my 20 years in the industry - which is why my landlords know they can trust the work we get done at their investment properties 🙌🏻

My helper yesterday was very stoked to be there on the day we received an Easter basket of goodies! 🐣🍫

A massive thank you to our amazing contractor Paul from PB Plumbing & Gas for dropping off some cracking Easter treats – you definitely know the way to our hearts (and stomachs). 🍬
