Liveable Homes Australia was established in late 2016 by Builder and Director Jesse Zielke. Jesse and his wife Mel own and run JRZ Homes, a successful Multi Award Winning Building Company in Bundaberg, where they have been the largest custom home builder 5 years running. Jesse has owned and managed construction companies for over 12 years. JRZ Homes’ success has allowed Jesse to focus on his passion of building homes for those who require purpose built accommodation to live more comfortably and independently. Having had family and friends affected by disability, Jesse understands how much of an impact this type of housing solution can have on a participants life, their families life and also those who deliver the day to day care. Working closely with NDIS and Local Area Support Providers, we are dedicated to assisting the community with integrated housing for people with severe disabilities. Liveable Homes Australia Director (Jesse Zielke) is deemed a Livable Housing Australia Assessor. You know that you have someone qualified to make sure the home is designed and built in accordance with all relevant guidelines, which is the main component of receiving SDA Funding. It also means that we understand the complexities around building a home that has its own unique requirements. We work closely with service providers, assessors, industry professionals, the participants themselves and the families to understand individual circumstances including rehabilitation, equipment needs and particular building requirements. We bring together all parties to design, finance, project manage, construct and property manage complex long-term secured housing tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring you are given the proper housing suitability. We will provide you with all of the documents up-front to ensure that you are making an informed decision about the home in which you choose to live in. As the Provider, Builder, Project Manager, Landlord and Property Manager, we will take care of the appropriate paperwork including but not limited to all building plans including Council approved plans, specific detailed plans meeting all of the SDA requirements, engineering, site surveys, Development Applications and Building Approvals. We pride ourselves on being open and transparent right from the moment you talk to us, our holistic model of caring about our clients has proven to be the difference when it comes to participants teaming up with LHA as their SDA Provider.
