Today was PCI day, the pre-completion inspection for another one of our clients’ properties in Yarra Bilba.

A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a double garage, seamless indoor outdoor living, and a massive backyard, the true Australian dream.

The property was purchased around 18 months ago for $778k, and homes in the area are now selling for approximately $1 million.

During the inspection, we go through every detail to make sure the property is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Some of the standout features:

• Soft close cabinetry
• Upgraded finishes designed to improve both valuation and tenant appeal

Now it’s time to finalise the last details before official handover.
