6 bedroom huge waterfront family home on Graham Avenue is made for family/friend getaways, boating weekends, and lazy days by the water. Sleeping up to 13 guests, it’s the perfect spot to park the car, unload the boat, and settle in.

The home features 6 bedrooms, all with fans, reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating and built-in robes:

Downstairs:
• 1 King bedroom
• 1 Queen bedroom

Upstairs:
• 2 Queen bedrooms
• 1 King bedroom
• 1 Triple bunk room

There’s a bathroom and toilet on both levels, plus an extra toilet in the garage along with the laundry.

The big, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to feed a crowd, plus a built-in BBQ to cook up a feast. Their is an upstairs bar where you can gather of an evening and gorgeous waterfront views, loads of space, and all the comforts of home, it’s set up perfectly for relaxed weekends away with family and friends.

Dual driveways mean plenty of room for multiple cars and boats — no juggling, no stress, just arrive and enjoy.

So nice to have families back in the house this weekend … remember you can also bring your extended family for a waterside holiday here at Graham Avenue in Bundalong; with gorgeous sunsets, calm water where you can leave your boat in, your own jetty and a massive 6 bedroom family home that this weekend housed 3 families. The home is available for rental but is booked for Easter.
