We can advise you in relation to:

- a purchase of the property as a “going concern”, which allows you to purchase a commercial property without GST being applicable at settlement, so long as you satisfy the relevant criteria set by the ATO such as being registered for GST and registering an ABN for the purchasing entity and

- purchasing the property within a family trust, discretionary or unit trust, or SMSF or as an individual.
