Realtors, how do you handle preparing each room for listing photos?
Do you take it upon yourself to remove unwanted objects out of rooms for your photographer?

Do you stay away and leave it to the photographer to prep each shot?

Or do you float around working with the photographer to grab unwanted objects?

Most of the listings I shoot are not multimillion dollar homes that are perfectly staged. I love the realtors I have been blessed to shoot with. They are often like, “let me know if you need me to move anything”. But I prefer to just grab and move things as I see it.
Or if we can go through and grab things and put it all in one space, that works too.
But THIS listing… it was just too much. Thankful I was able to get these cleaned up in post with my photo editing software.

The discipline to keep showing up for yourself - the mental break you get when you can focus solely on your workout rather than the chaos of the outside world - and just the positive feeling of doing something productive and good for yourself. Working out becomes an act of self love.

I’ve been seeing a lot of “AI photos” lately. Sure AI has a purpose and can make you look good. But a real photoshoots makes you feel like you. The real energy, the real vibe, the real imperfections, and the real personality. That can’t be replicated through AI.
Plus, the experience is just too much fun. lol.
