In this role he secured funding and oversaw the million dollar construction of the new track and stabling area. Moving into real estate, Mal quickly established himself as one of the very best salespeople in the Bunbury region. Over 10yrs Mal had many accolades with proof of his expertise in being named the highest selling agent in the entire state of Western Australia in 2003. Most recently Mal has spent 11 years as Director, Principal and salesperson, creating and managing his own independent real estate company Hancock Real Estate. Mal’s sporting career, both as an individual and coach of junior and senior football and basketball, and involvement in community through committee contributions provides an insight into his desire to give back through service.
