This is Paul- who secured this lovely end villa with huge amount of Miami Land in Bardon Avenue, Miami. We are super stoked for Paul and his impending move to this great property. This campaign was different from all our others this year, with this one passing in at auction rather than selling under the hammer. Real Estate can often be just about timing. Great timing can result in a premium price and bad timing can cost dollars and cents. So to sell this one to Paul who is a repeat client gave the team great satisfaction. We haven’t seen a more passionate seller than the owner of this one, with every little detail discussed and taken care of to ensure that the property had the best chance of securing the best price. Whether it be garden trimming for presentation, open home times to cater for professional schedules, and even contributing insights on auction day - this sale taught me a lot from one salesperson to another. This is Brett. Perched high up on the 20th floor on the northern side of The Esplanade Building , with views from Coolangatta to Stradbroke Island , and if you squint , you can just see the western side of New Zealand on a clear day. This unit was always going to be popular given the spacious floor plan , exclusive two unit a floor structure, large land holding , holiday facilities and almost 360 degree views due to their oval shape. This is the second dealing we had with the seller and given his unusual sense of humour , political views , and share market tips - I’d say it won’t be the last time. Very happy for the buyers who have holiday’d in this block when they were young - and are now in a position to secure a holiday investment for the entire family (outside of peak season of course!). Congrats to both.

The affordable houses section of the market is extremely strong. In just over 7 days we received 8 offers from local and interstate couples / families / investors you name it. Always nice when it goes to a young family that appreciate the area - and Jess is one of these people. With two growing kids , busting at the seams. I’m so stoked we could help them secure this one and get them into a house in this pocket.
We felt for some of the buyers that really stretched themselves and still came up short. Patience , perseverance and perspective is something strong buyers have and we try and guide buyers as much as possible in multiple buyer situations - but only one buyer can own it.
This is the second time we have dealt with these sellers and again it was a pleasure dealing with them. Happy buyer + happy seller = happy William.
