Today is National Property Managers' Day. 🏡❤️

While property management can sometimes look glamorous from the outside, the reality is very different. It's a role built on problem-solving, difficult conversations, competing priorities, and being the steady hand when things don't go to plan. More often than not, property managers are the ones delivering bad news rather than receiving the thanks. It takes patience, resilience, professionalism, integrity, and a genuine care for people.

I am so thankful and proud to every single person in our team - for what you do for your clients, our agency, and each other.

To my fellow industry colleauges in the property management space, I hope today serves as a reminder that your efforts are valued and appreciated.

Hi everyone! 👋

I thought now was the perfect time to introduce myself, as I’ve now been part of the incredible team at Elders Burnie for over a year now! 🎉❤️

I’ve been working in the real estate industry on Tasmania’s beautiful North-West Coast for almost three years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of helping landlords and tenants navigate their property management needs while building genuine connections throughout our local community.

I’m passionate about both people and property, and my goal is to make your property journey as simple, stress-free, and rewarding as possible with someone you can trust every step of the way. It’s been a hectic start to the year, so I’ve let this page slip a bit, but I just wanted to quickly share some photos and success from the recent Elders TAS 2025 awards.

An incredible night in Hobart full of celebration and some great bonding with our awesome and talented network across our TAS offices.

Super proud that our Burnie PM team was recognised for:

Huge shoutout to our sales team as well - Bruce had a personal best year, Amy hit Elite Agent status for the first time, Kristy took home Top Director of First Impressions, and Jorja was recognised for her outstanding first year and strong digital presence.

But at the end of the day, these wins are all thanks to the team. It’s a collective effort and everyone should be recognised for their contribution. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of what, in my completely unbiased opinion, is the best property management team on the NW Coast 😉

Bittersweet to see such an incredible and passionate leader of our industry finally take the time for herself and begin the next chapter of her life. I think the main impression Jo leaves on everyone she crosses paths with is her care for those around her - clients, staff and customers alike. I am incredibly grateful to have learned so much during my time with Elders through Jo’s wisdom, experience and hard work. 32 years in one industry, let alone real estate, is truly commendable. 👏🏼
