Here's how our five towns compare over the past two weeks:

🏡 Easton picked up more new listings while closings held steady, though sold prices came down some.
🏡 Fairfield saw a nice jump in new listings, while closings eased back a bit. Sold prices dropped noticeably.
🏡 Weston had a big surge in new listings, with closings holding steady and sold prices ticking up slightly.
🏡 Westport gained more new listings and closings rose too, though sold prices pulled back meaningfully from two weeks ago.
🏡 Wilton added a bit more new inventory, with closings unchanged and sold prices softening.

Overall, new listings picked up nicely across the board, especially in Weston and Westport, while sold prices trended lower in most towns compared to two weeks ago. Closings stayed fairly resilient throughout.

Here's how our five towns compared this week:
🏡 Easton saw a bit of new activity, with closings and active inventory easing slightly. Sold prices rose from last week.
🏡 Fairfield slowed considerably on new listings, while closings ticked up. Sold prices climbed noticeably higher.
🏡 Weston held steady across the board, with new listings, closings, and sold prices all in line with last week.
🏡 Westport stayed fairly flat on new listings, with closings edging up. Sold prices pushed to a new high for the stretch.
🏡 Wilton eased back on closings, with new listings and active inventory holding steady. Sold prices came down a bit from last week.
Overall, a quieter week for new listings across most towns, with Fairfield and Westport's rising sold prices standing out. Weston remained the most consistent of the five.
