Community spirit is growing at Sage Burpengary!

The Sage Great Garden Awards celebrated the residents bringing colour, creativity and plenty of personality to their gardens, all while helping make Sage an even more beautiful place to call home.

This year, 16 households put their green thumbs to work, but one garden caught the judges’ attention with its thoughtful approach to creating a space that works beautifully with its natural surroundings.

The next chapters of the Sage community are coming to life 🌿🏡

Check out our latest construction progress at Sage Burpengary, with new roads now taking form throughout the neighbourhood and upgrades underway to the western portion of Hunt Road, including a new footpath, bike lane and roundabout helping to create an even more connected community for surrounding and future residents.

We’re excited to welcome new residents to Sage and can’t wait to see the neighbourhood continue to grow.

Thank you for your patience as we continue progressing essential upgrades to the western end of Hunt Road, Burpengary.

Our civil construction partner, Shadforth, will soon commence roadworks requiring a temporary single-lane closure, with traffic control in place to maintain access for surrounding residents. This includes subgrade replacement, kerbing, profiling of the roundabout, as well as general earthworks and asphalt works.

These works are an important step in delivering improved connectivity and long-term infrastructure outcomes for the community.

When:
Works are scheduled to commence on 23 April 2026 and are expected to be completed by 14 May 2026, subject to conditions.

Traffic impacts:
• Single-lane closure in place
• Two-way traffic maintained under traffic control
• Traffic lights will be in operation to ensure efficient and safe access

We understand these works may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as these important improvements are delivered for the Sage community and surrounding area.

Shadforth will complete a letterbox drop prior to commencement, providing further construction details and emergency contact information.
Further updates will be shared if there are any changes to the schedule or traffic arrangements.
