We're working throughout the holiday period (apart from public holidays!) however from 12pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 until 8.30am on 2nd January 2024, our office will be open by appointment only.

The office phone will be diverted to our work mobiles.

There will be a lockbox onsite for contractors, so if you need to arrange entry to a property just give us a call in advance so we can make sure keys are available.

Tenants, if you experience a genuine emergency during the public holidays, please refer to your lease for the contact numbers of our contractors. If you need to contact us during office hours, just give us a call!

One more thing... Thank you so very much for all of your support and collaboration throughout the year. It has been a difficult year for many people, and we want you to know that we deeply appreciate you and hope you have a relaxing, fulfilling and loving holiday season.
