The roofs are now all completed. The gyprocking is nearly at completion with Villa 29 presently being worked on, leaving just Villa 35 to be done. The three Bowenfels villas are progressing well with their timber floors already laid.

There's not too many leaves left on the trees to the rear of Karrara House now, so winter is upon us.

This week sees the roofers finishing the pointing on Villa 31. The roofers will move on to Villa 36 next and once that is done there's only one more roof to go.

A quick run-down on what's happening on the villas:
• Villa 28 work on the upstairs cladding is almost completed
• Villa 29 roofing has just been completed, electrical rough in continues
• Villa 30 electrical rough-in is nearing completion
• Villa 31 had its roof finished yesterday
• Villa 32 & 33 Gyprocking completed, intricate work on cornices started
• Villa 35 coming to the tail end of the frame er****on
• Villa 36 roofing about to begin
• Villa 37 Gyprocking has just been completed
