We’re thrilled to share that Rezzi Strata has been appointed as the new strata managers for this iconic mixed-use community in South Perth, following a competitive tender process.

From the first meeting, it was clear our commercial mindset and hands-on, solutions-first approach aligned perfectly with the needs of this centre. South Perth is quickly becoming our stomping ground… and honestly, we’re here for it.

We’ve already hit the ground running, completing a full handover condition inspection, identifying immediate opportunities, and preparing recommendations to set this community up for a strong 2026.

With major projects on the horizon and a bold vision for this centre, we’re excited to support the Council, owners, tenants and stakeholders every step of the way.
