Winner of Boutique Network of the Year at the REB Awards 2022 – Oops We Did It Again!

Network Pacific has been announced as the winner of Boutique Network of the Year – 39 or less offices at the REB Awards 2022. This follows on from the same win in 2021!

The Awards, now in their 10th year, celebrate excellence and identify the top businesses and professionals across the Australian real estate industry.

It is the benchmark for excellence around Australia, recognising those influencing the profession and propelling the industry forward. We were finalists in the following categories:

* Innovator of the Year – Company
* Innovator of the Year – Individual (Stephen Briffa)
* Property Management Business of the Year – 6 or less property managers
* Operations Manager of the Year (Katherine Di Natale)

REIA NATIONAL AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE 2022 FINALISTS!
Network Pacific has been announced as Finalists of the 17th Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence 2022 in the following award categories:

Commercial Property Manager of the Year (Silvana Di Camillo)
Residential Property Management Team of the Year Award
Innovation Award

REIA President, Hayden Groves said the new look REIA National Awards for Excellence 2022 or NAFE celebrate the best of the best in Australian real estate.

“Drawn from the 2021 winners of State and Territory Real Estate Institutes Awards for Excellence, the REIA National Awards for Excellence are Australia’s only national, independently judged, and practitioner-led real estate awards across Australia.

“Winners will not only be outstanding achievers, but also advance their teams and the communities they work in, underpinned by a strong pledge to our State and Territory Institute’s best practice agenda.

“A total of 107 entries were received, a significant increase on last year, who will compete for 21 awards in what will be a night to remember as borders across Australia reopen,” he said.

“Customers wanting to select a real estate agent for sale or to manage their property that can deliver them true excellence in both service and results should look no further than the list of NAFE 2022 finalists.”

Mr Groves said it was encouraging to see many more female participants in the 2022 NAFE with 45 women finalists – a 60% increase on last year.

The REIA National Awards for Excellence 2022 feature 21 categories across all aspects of the real estate sector: residential and commercial agencies, residential and commercial sales, property management, business brokers, buyer’s agents, community service, innovation and communications.

There is also a prestigious “to be announced on the evening” REIA’s President’s Award.

Mr Groves said the REIA National Awards for Excellence will be held at the iconic Zinc, at Federation Square in Melbourne on 7th April, 2022 in a bid to support Victoria’s recovery after the longest lockdowns in the world.”

Network Pacific’s client service excellence recognised through 21 industry award nominations in 2021!

Network Pacific Group of Companies won eight awards for excellence in 2021 and 21 nominations overall from leading industry organisations such as the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA), Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), Strata Community Australia (SCA) and The Urban Developer. We were also recently named as finalists for five REB Awards for Excellence 2022 award categories. Winners of the REB Awards will be announced on Thursday 3 March 2022 and we wish our team the very best of luck.

Held at Mindil Resort & Casino, in Darwin and hosted by REINT, the REIA National Awards for Excellence 2021 recognised and celebrated the best of the best in Australian real estate.

The Urban Developer Awards 2020

We are pleased to announce that Network Pacific Group of Companies has been selected as an Urban Developer Awards 2020 finalist in the following two categories:

* Excellence in Commercial Innovation – this award recognises a commercial innovation that provides an alternate solution to the way that business is conducted
*Best New Proptech – this award recognises a disruptive technology, platform or software within the property industry.

The Urban Developer's Awards for Industry Excellence recognise the best of urban development from across Australia and New Zealand. Winners will be announced progressively from the 23 November to the 18 December 2020.

The nominations acknowledge our commitment to customer service excellence through continual innovation and property technology development.

The REB Awards 2020 recognises the outstanding accomplishments of real estate professionals right across Australia and was held on Thursday, 25 June, via a Live Broadcast. Now in its eighth year, the REB Awards is the benchmark for excellence in real estate. The awards recognise and celebrate the hard work and outstanding effort of our team in delivering constant innovation and service excellence.

Supporting our community.

We were pleased to recently sponsor four children to attend the Razzamatazz Variety Show in April 2020 through Immune Deficiencies Foundation Australia (IDFA).

The event will provide an opportunity for children with special needs to take a much needed break from their day to day routine.
