What a day. ☀️ The Embark Busselton Display Village Street Party brought the village to life with beautiful weather, a fun crowd and an incredible community spirit.
With close to 600 entries in the Display Village Trail prize draw, it was fantastic to see so many people exploring the homes.
Congratulations to our prize winners Stephen, Aimie and Ben! 🎉

As the year wrapped up, Yolk Property Group brought together the builders working across Embark Busselton for a small Christmas catch-up.
It was a chance to say thanks, spend time together, and enjoy a relaxed cooking challenge — while also making sure we stay aligned on what Embark is about: well-planned homes, quality design, and a connected coastal community in Busselton.

🌿 Thanks to everyone who joined our Bay OK Gardening Workshop! Despite the rainy start, more than 50 residents turned out to hear from Garden Guru, Trevor Cochrane. Trevor shared brilliant tips on soil health, sustainable gardening, and even a few fun nutrition insights! A big thanks to GeoCatch and GMAS for helping make the day such a success, and to Soil Aint Soils for donating the beautiful door prize.

The town centre design at Embark Busselton is in full swing with the renowned Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects leading the way.

CHC, known for their award-winning urban design, is crafting an innovative vision, a space that goes beyond commercial, a vibrant social community hub.

The intelligently planned space will include a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, and childcare facilities, ensuring it meets the needs of residents. The design’s key focus is on integration, fostering constant activity for all age groups. Picture older kids enjoying an adventure playground nearby, young kids playing in the town square, and retirees strolling over from their clubhouse. This thoughtful planning aims to strengthen community bonds and intergenerational connections.

The project team is actively exploring ways to fast-track essential amenities, bringing the town centre to life sooner.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Free Community Movie Night! The screening of IF (Imaginary Friend) brought big smiles to so many faces. It was wonderful to see families and friends enjoying the night together with plenty of popcorn, ice cream, and fairy floss! 🍿🍦✨

A special shoutout to Georgiana Molloy Anglican School (GMAS) for opening up their gym so we could stay out of the weather. We truly appreciate your support!
