Easy access to the bus and more importantly, located 1 min from the beach. It doesn't get more perfect than this. Most people do the pier walk and leave.
That's a mistake.

The tuart forest is ten minutes out and has trees you won't see anywhere else.
The estuary is where you'll spot pelicans and black swans without the crowds.
