Able Planning & Project Management was established in 2012 by Aaron Bell (BA Hons URP). The business draws on Aaron's 15 years experience in the land development industry, working as a town planner and project manager in both government and private practice. Based in Busselton, but servicing all of Western Australia, Able Planning & Project Management provides a unique set of capabilities, enablin

g land development projects to be taken from concept through to completion and handover. Along with traditional strategic and statutory planning offerings, the business also provides a complete project management service utilising associate surveying and environmental consultants. From a standard two-lot subdivision to a master-planned community, Able Planning & Project Management delivers it all. Services that we offer include:

Subdivision applications - Freehold (green title), survey-strata, built strata and vacant strata. Amalgamation applications - Freehold and survey-strata. Development applications - Residential (grouped housing), commercial (shops/offices), industrial (factory buildings and storage units) and tourist (taverns/hotels, wineries, chalets etc.). Project management - Complete servicing, construction and financial management of all
subdivision types. Strata alterations - Survey-strata conversions, re-subdivision, consolidations and terminations. Crown land issues - Road closures and reserve purchases. Local planning scheme amendments - Rezoning (map) and text amendments. Urban design - Outline development plans, structure plans, detailed area plans and design guidelines. I've just completed this seven-lot vacant survey-strata subdivision in Vasse for a happy client. It was brought in 14 % under budget and on time with help from Dataman Geomatic Survey Solutions, Wiedemann Plumbing & Gas and Fox Electrics.

From two to 100 lots, Able Planning & Project Management can complete any subdivision from approvals to titles.

This is the modified Development Guide Plan for Old Broadwater Farm that completed public advertising / referral in late July and was recently adopted by the City of Busselton. Current Stage 4 comprises the residential lots on the south / southeast side of 'tear drop' loop of Pickmore Circus. These are premium lots which back onto the Broadwater Par 3 Golf Course. You can also see the future shopping centre site and the proposed extension of Switchback Parade in the southeast. Recently completed Stages 3A and 3B sit to the immediate west of the golf course. Just waiting on WA Planning Commission endorsement of this plan now.

Thank you to everyone that has liked or shared this page.

I thought I'd share a few photos of the commencement of Stage 4 of Old Broadwater Farm (20 residential lots). Clearing and raking is now complete, with civil works proper commencing next week. As part of this stage, Switchback Parade will be extended out to a new 'over specification' intersection with Fairway Drive, while the commercial lot will also be created for the future neighbourhood shopping centre development.

If you haven't checked out Stages 3A and 3B (55 and 43 residential lots completed in March and July respectively) I would encourage you to do so. I'm very happy and proud to be providing planning and project management service to the OBF joint venture.
